When are meals delivered?

We deliver every Sunday and Wednesday across the Greater Montréal area. Pick your slot at checkout.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

All bentos stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. Most are microwave-ready in under 3 minutes. Otherwise, freeze the boxes for multiple weeks.

Can I skip a week or cancel?

Yes. No commitment. No subscriptions. Just order when you need meal prep. no questions asked.

Are meals nut-free or gluten-free?

No. La Boîte Bento is not a nut-free facility and not a gluten-free establishment. While some menu items may not intentionally contain nuts or gluten, cross-contamination may occur during preparation.
